Kindermusik with Cathy

All of our classes are held at the Owensboro Symphony Academy located at 211 East 2nd Street.    

Each class meets once a week for 45 minutes with the exception of Young Child which is 60 minutes.   

• Our 12 week spring semester begins at the end of January 
• Our 12 week fall semester begins the first week in September 
• There are two four week summer camps in June and July 

In the spring and fall, there are also 4 week Saturday morning classes.

You can always join a class that is not full once a semester begins.  I encourage all families to visit one class at no cost to experience first hand how great the Kindermusik experience is for their child or children. 

Kindermusik recommends up to 12 students per class.

Absolutely!  Bring your digital and video camera to capture these wonderful moments in your child's life.  We also take a group photo that you can place in your scrapbook.  In addition, I would love to have a few of your favorite pictures from class to post online in our Photo Gallery or to my Facebook page (Cathy Heald Mullins).

Our 12 week spring or fall semester ranges from $175 to $195.  Our 4 week Saturday sessions and summer camps range from $75 to $120.   One day playdates are only $10.   

Absolutely!  I encourage you to share your Kindermusik experience with close friends and family members.   

We follow the Daviess County Public Schools regarding inclement weather.  If schools are closed, we are closed for the entire day, even night classes.  If schools are delayed, we will conduct classes as scheduled.   Additional days will be added to the end of the semester to make up for these days.

We will continue classes during Spring and Fall break.  If you have older siblings who would like to attend class during that week, that will be GREAT!  Kindermusik is for the whole family and will be so much fun to share with brothers and sisters.

Most days you can park right on 2nd Street in front of the Symphony Academy.   Be careful to take only one parking space and note the time so that you do not go over the 2 hour limit.  Parking alongside the Blue Bridge is always free for unlimited time.   Please note that upon occassion, the Riverpark Center hosts school events and parking can be quite limited due to school busses. 

Yes!  Our tuition is based per family as opposed to per student.  Please note that a complete set of home materials is required for each class.  Please see our Family Tuition Policy for complete details. 

Students do miss periodically due to family travel or illness.  I encourage you to make your class up at another time through the week as our schedules allow.  Many families enjoy visiting a Family Time class in that it is designed for all ages.  However, we do have several classes through the week that may fit your schedule.

Although tuition is non-refundable, we may be able to offer a tuition credit for future semesters.  This will be addressed on a family by family basis.
